Recently, I had the pleasure of staying at House Bed & Breakfast, which turned out to be a delightful escape that felt like immersion in a fairytale. The owner, Sarah, was genuinely attentive, accommodating our late check-in and offering insightful recommendations for our local adventures. Now, let's talk about breakfast. Each morning was an experience of culinary creativity, with a dazzling array of homemade dishes waiting for us. One morning, I was particularly craving a spicy kick and was pleasantly surprised when Sarah went out of her way to procure a bottle of Tabasco sauce for my scrambled eggs. That kind of personal touch really set the tone for our stay. The self-contained sections of the building had their own unique charm, with breathtaking views of Croagh Patrick just outside the window. After fueling up with breakfast, we explored nearby Achill Island and enjoyed local pubs. One evening, we even caught a traditional music session-the perfect way to end our day. House Bed & Breakfast stands out not just for its hospitality but also for its delicious fare. I look forward to returning to this welcoming sanctuary-and I suggest fellow food lovers do too!
